       Comatrans is a shipping company based in four different countries specialized in passenger/cargo transport. She also deals in clearing and forwarding of goods principally between Cameroon and Nigeria. Existing since 1999 when she started full operations, the company is identifiable with its brand name ACHOUKA. The existence of this company has centred on its philosophy of modernising the sea-transport sector of the West and Central African coasts with a view to making travelling by sea safe, fast, comfortable, and cheaper for the population.This should greatly encourage the exchange of goods and services including the economic integration of the countries of this region.

        As a result of the above, the company is a leading promoter of the economic, social and cultural development of the peoples of the west and central African regions. The company’s activities have directly and indirectly created jobs and improved upon the lives of the people in this region. She presently employs more than 100 Cameroonians and Nigerians including permanent and part-time foreign staff.
